Conditioned (Skt. saṁskṛta; Tib. འདུས་བྱས་, düché, Wyl. 'dus byas) means created through causes and conditions.
Definition
In the Gateway to Knowledge, Mipham Rinpoche says:
- A conditioned thing is a thing which is created through causes and conditions. Its nature has arising, remaining and ceasing. Its defining characteristic is all phenomena subsumed by the five aggregates.[1]
